If you’re new to exercise we’ll start you slow so you have nothing to worry about and guide you all the way. The hardest part of the puzzle is always nutrition. But we make it easy for you with our nutrition guidance that will give you frameworks to help understand and implement in all better...without having to starve yourself or skip meals.

Accountability

It’s very common in the fitness industry for people a join gym or health club and receive zero accountability. You simply get given a membership card and you’re told to get on with it. We do things a bit differently and with a smile. I’m Dan, founder of DM Elite. I’ve coached for 15 years, since playing professional football, and have helped hundreds of people improve their fitness, confidence and mindset. I began with Boot Camps and 1:1 coaching across the Black Isle, Dingwall and Inverness before opening our first gym nine years ago. Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted Highlands-based community, now with gyms in Inverness, Nairn and Alness.

Yes, I started it but today it’s all about the incredible coaching team who lead our sessions with expertise, energy and real care. Our focus is helping you improve your fitness, nutrition, mindset and overall wellbeing.

No matter your current fitness level, if you live locally, we’ll get to know you, support you, and help you become fitter, stronger and healthier within your first four weeks.
